HindSight 2005 is currently available for download at no charge.  The installation package includes both the server and console components. Click one of the links below to begin downloading the installation package.

After installing HindSight 2005 on your SQL Server, the software will be in trial mode. All HindSight 2005 features will be available, but you will be prevented from enabling history on more than three tables per database.

Activating the HindSight 2005 License
Your installation of HindSight 2005 can be activated by purchasing a server license. Once your installation has been activated, the trial-mode restriction of three tables per database is removed, allowing you to enable history on any object on the server.
To purchase a license, open the HindSight 2005 Console and drill down to the Licenses branch under the server you want to activate. Right click on the key icon and choose 'Activate License...' from the context menu.
Licensing is on a per-server basis. You may install an unlimited number of consoles regardless of the activation mode of your server. For more information, please review the End User License Agreement (EULA).

Pricing
The price of a server license is dependent on the number of central processing units (CPUs) active on your server. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
1 CPU  $ 475.
2 CPUs  $ 750.
